SMS (text message) terms
Program name: Steadyline Reception
What you’ll receive: Texts about your inquiry or demo call, such as information about our service, Patrick J. Robinson’s contact details, and follow-up about scheduling a conversation. If your business is a client, you may also receive service texts such as call summaries and urgent-call alerts.
How you opt in: By checking the text-consent box on our website contact form, by saying “yes” when our demo line asks if you’d like the information texted to you, or by asking us in writing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Varies. For an inquiry or demo call, usually a few messages.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one confirmation and then stop. You can also email hello@steadylinereception.com.

The Founding 5 offer is limited to the first five local businesses that sign up and is subject to its stated terms.
Our demo line
Our demo line, (712) 631-3216, is an AI receptionist for demonstration only. It role-plays a front desk so you can hear how the service works. Anything it books or quotes during a demo is an example, not a real appointment or price quote. Calls may be recorded. Do not use the demo line for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.
AI answers
Our receptionist is AI, and it will say so if asked. It is set up and tested for each business, but like any person or system it can make mistakes. Businesses using our service are responsible for their own prices, policies, and decisions.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the website, contact form, or phone lines, for example by sending spam, harassing or unlawful content, or trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Content
The Steadyline Reception name, logo, and website content belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
No warranties; limitation of liability
This website and the demo line are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the demo line.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
